Allen Hogan is a software engineer who is a passionate innovator of Internet ideas and marketing concepts. He is the inventor around the patent pending process for which netSpray was built.

Giacomo's creative endeavors ranged from high fashion runways of designers like Todd Oldham to formulating unique remedies for dry hair. Giacomo has worked with celebrities such as Claudia Schiffer, Emma Thompson, Elizabeth Taylor, Marissa Tomei, Yasmeen Bleeth and numerous other talents. His stylistic talents and hair care products have been praised in the worlds finest magazines including Allure, Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, as well as television shows that he hosted such as MTV, VH-1, Fashion Files, and guest of countless other talk shows.

Diann has represented the United States in three Olympic Games, four World Championships, and a Pan American Games. She has played her part in America's medal count with Olympic gold and silver medals, a World Championship gold medal, and a Pan American gold medal in the sport of Alpine Skiing. After competing for the United States for eleven years, she majored in Marketing at Clarkson University and has actively been a motivational speaker since 1985 and works fulltime. Today she is Director of Business Development, Tursack Inc., a Consolidated Graphics Company.

Chloe immigrated to America with her parents and seven sisters in 1979. She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a patternmaking degree. Chloe learned the art of Buying and fashion merchandising from Catherine Dietlein and left New York and returned to Houston, TX in the summer of 2000 a seasoned industry professional.

In 2002, Kendra Scott combined her love for fashion with her creative talents and began her own line of jewelry and her designs can now be found at top retailers such as Lord & Taylor, Henri Bendel and specialty boutiques around the globe.

I'm Lisa Ferrero. I am the newest member of Spotlight Portfolios, but have known the netSpray team for a few months now. They are so great to work with and I'm extremely happy to be working with them on this. I'm one of those people who haven't caught onto the Social Media whirlwind, but I'm willing to take that step and start using it. Thanks to netSpray, they have been extremely patient with me, as I have asked a ton of questions to better understand Social Media.

A little about me...I received my first set of clubs at the age of 4 and have been playing ever since. Golf is a huge part of my family so I was sort of destined to play. I love every aspect of the game and the challenges that arise which keep me on my toes.

I have been involved in stock car racing practically my entire life. Coming from a family that has built and raced dirt track racecars since the late 1960s, I began attending races at the age of 6. I spent a large part of my childhood in the garage and engine shop, learning to build racecars. I grew up driving go-karts, but my parents -- being educators -- didn't allow me to drive racecars until I graduated from high school.

My primary career is Project Management but I'm honored to serve as the 90th President of The United States Junior Chamber (JAYCEES) in 2010. In addition to my involvement with the Jaycees which allows me to serve over 25,000 local members and 850 community chapters by helping them provide stronger leadership development tools and community projects for professional and individual growth, I also am very involved with other organizations.

The US Jaycees wanted a way to showcase the many talented individuals who keep the organization a premier non-profit in America. Through Spotlight Portfolios, netSpray was able to achieve a system of leadership highlights for key members of the entire US Jaycees organization (940+ chapters).
